These terms govern the use of the Made in Turkmenistan website. By using the site you accept them. Please read the section on prices and offers carefully — it is the one most often misunderstood.
1. What this website is
This website is an information showcase for export products manufactured in Turkmenistan. It is not an online shop: there is no online payment and no automatic order placement. Product descriptions, specifications, photographs and minimum order quantities are provided for guidance. Actual characteristics of a specific batch are confirmed in the commercial offer and the contract.
2. Prices and offers
Information on this website is not a public offer. Prices depend on the volume, specification, delivery terms (Incoterms), destination and the date of shipment, and are therefore agreed individually for each enquiry. A request for quotation does not create an obligation for either party. Binding obligations arise only from a signed contract or an accepted written commercial offer.
3. Submitting an enquiry
By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company you name. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry without giving reasons — in particular where the requested goods, the destination country or the intended use are restricted by the export legislation of Turkmenistan or by international sanctions.
4. The online consultant
The chat assistant on this website is an artificial-intelligence programme. Its answers are informational and may contain inaccuracies. They are not a commercial offer and do not bind the company. Rely only on written offers issued by our managers. Do not send confidential information through the chat.
5. Export and customs
Deliveries are made in accordance with the foreign-trade legislation of Turkmenistan and the import rules of the destination country. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the goods may be imported into their country and for obtaining any permits required on their side.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, the catalogue and the design of this website belong to Made in Turkmenistan. Copying materials for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed. Quoting with a link to the source is permitted.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is available without interruption. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of information on this website outside a concluded contract.
